Kevin founded Pathway Mortgage in 1998 here in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Over the past twenty seven years, he has helped thousands of local families through the home financing process.
He is a husband of thirty nine years, a father to four children, and now grandfather to seven.

Davis Love
Davis grew up in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He joined Pathway Mortgage in 2019 with a diverse career background including service in the US Marine Corps and eventually felt the call home to the Upstate and to Pathway Mortgage.

We have three locations: Boiling Springs and Spartanburg are the original ones, and our Travelers Rest office opened in 2024 which serves especially all of Greenville area.

Pathway is a mortgage broker company, specializing in originating residential mortgage loans. We offer a variety of home loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans for both purchases and refinances. We also offer "Non QM" products including DSCR and Bank Statement loans, as well as Home Equity Loans and some Down Payment Assistance programs with FHA loans.

You can expect to speak with a knowledgeable, experienced and professional loan officer, who will guide you through the home loan process from the pre-approval stage all the way through closing on the purchase or refinance of your home.

We are positioned to serve homebuyers across the state of South Carolina, but we focus primarily on our neighbors and community here in the Upstate. We work frequently with first time homebuyers, repeat buyers, those looking to make their "last" home purchase for retirement, individuals and families. Whether you are making a large or small down payment, average or excellent credit, high or low income, we have options for you.
We take care of many people who are purchasing brand new homes from a builder, as well as people buying an existing home. We finance double-wide manufactured homes, which are common in South Carolina as well. Near us in the foothills and lake communities, we'll finance mountain and lake homes at higher price points... or a drive down to the coast, financing beach homes as well. When a client reaches out, we'll find a mortgage solution on the secondary mortgage market to help! We don't offer financing for land or custom home builds, though.

Our loan officer's biographies are available on our website, and you might find that one is best suited for your needs based on their location and/or background. Many of our clients are returning clients who have already worked with a particular loan officer and choose to do so again based on a great experience. You might also have a referral to a particular loan officer from your real estate agent. All of our loan officers are well suited to handle any home loan across the state of South Carolina.
